Best camera for its price!! Hello all, this camera is the real deal for its price. It is very easy to use and since I'm new with all this camera stuff, I love the fact you get detail info on the little icons indicating what they do. This helps my learning process for this camera. Also when the time is right, and you understand the camera, you can shut this option off. The picture quality is next to amazing. Especially at night, all my other cameras could never take pictures like this does. The detail is so crisp and clear. I'm truly impressed with this HD camera. If you are on the fence jump off and get this camera.
Works as expected As all of us, I just got mine this week and so far it's been working just perfect. Even though the included booklet might look big, explanations are easy to follow/understand. The really cool thing that made me decide for this camera is the fact that not only records movies on HD at 720p, but also allows finally zoom functionality while recording. Excellent device for the price.
Great so far. I also have only had the camera for a few days but am impressed with the picture quality and ease of use. It was the size I wanted for bicycle touring and general photography when I don't feel like carrying my SLR. The included multi-function USB hook-up is a bit large - fine for the desk drawer but bulky for traveling. The included picture software is only Windows compatible and I am a Mac User but the camera works fine with iPhoto software that comes with a Mac. I put up a few of my first photos since no others were available.

Sharp +This camera takes amazing pictures. Sharp, vivid, crisp, (insert synonyms here). +Having such a high resolution is nice and the wide angle lens is great. It also has a little extra zoom than other point-and-shoots, which is another great feature. The smile detection feature is fun for about 30 minutes, but ultimately useless. (At least to me....) +It has tons of little features and settings and even allows for some "editing" on the camera like red-eye removal and such. -I do wish i could mess with the settings a bit more though. I like to be able to manually set the exposure time and mess with other things as well. These are unaccessible to the user. Regardless, it takes great pictures without me fiddling with things, so perhaps it is best. Though I do wish it had a long exposure setting to take some cool lightning shots or mess with light graffiti, but I think I'll live. -Also, you can't zoom while shooting video. This is a bit of a frustration as well. +The camera itself is amazingly small for it's high resolution and hi-def video capabilities. +Its construction is solid and the black looks pretty slick. +Great "bang for the buck" camera. Simple enough for the family or girlfriend to use, and enough features and good enough quality for some more creative shots of my own. (and I don't feel girlie carrying it, though there are other colors if that's your thing...)
Great Camera I have had a number of cameras and this is probably the best one i ever had. I travel a lot and i just got back from a trip and i showed my family the pictures on an HD tv and the photos looked amazing. The picture intelligent shot is amazing. I love the way how it changes to portrait and then to twilight mode. The video in 720p is beautiful. I took of a football game and it looked great. Buy this camera!!
Excellent Camera Everything you could want in a digital camera. High MP, multiple modes, high ISO, easy to use, takes great pics, shoots video in 720p, large and bright LCD screen, etc. I was weary about buying a Sony because of memory card prices and capability. Bought the memory card/battery/case on Amazon. Great price, but the camera does not fit in the case with any kind of screen protector on it. With the memory card adapter, it plugged right into my Toshiba laptop. Camera does come with a battery and a charger. Even tells you how many minutes of battery life you have left. This camera is designed a lot like the Canon (the two previous cameras I have owned) in terms of functionality, size, and looks. I could not be happier. Buy this camera!

Great camera even for non photographers I bought the H-10 even though I went back and forth between it and the H-50. I am very pleased with the purchase I made! I have taken many photos, both inside and out, and the camera has preformed outstanding! I find myself looking for things to shoot. I am not a photographer, but love nice pictures, and this camera takes beautiful pictures. The zoom, works very well with the auto focus,and the steady shot feature, and the video feature is better than most camcorders! This camera gets two thumbs from me!
Sony Cybershot DSC-H10 I spent alot of time reviewing point and shoot cameras in the $200 range and after much deliberating decided on this one. I was attracted by the built in zoom and despite some reviews that picture quality would suffer at full zoom decided to give it a try. Wow ! This is a great little camera. I also own a Nikkon d40 which I consider my professional camera and this camera takes almost as good photos. The Nikkon is great but not at all portable. This is a small professional quality photo camera that is practical to carry around. Have taken 50+ photos and they are all great. Not much need to leave automatic mode here - works great but fun to play around with shutter speed ev and other manual settings. Its not as sleek and sexy as some of the other point and shoots - in fact it looks fairly old school, but buy ths camera and you wont be dissapointed. Justin.

Sony Ericsson C905 Mobile Phone Review - The Ringing, Talking Digital Camera by Carlson Osbourne

Seemingly not a year goes by when Sony Ericsson does not release one of its high end Cybershot phone. This year is no different! The Sony Ericsson C905 is the latest of the Cybershot offerings that Sony has in store for us all. In fact, the C905 goes one step further than all other Sony Ericsson camera phones do, and that is not just down to the touch screen technology that is on board. It is jam packed full of features that would leave every user salivating, but does the handset live up to the hype?
The Sony Ericsson C905 is a candy bar phone but is a little larger than the candy bars that you may be used to. In fact, it is huge in comparison but seems much more solid than you would have imagined possible! It is by no means slim but this does not seem to matter when you delve a little below the surface. If you do want a stylish phone above all else then this model is not for you but it may well be very persuasive when you look deeper into the features list. Having said that, the 2.8 inch QVGA screen dominates the handset and is extremely effective in making it look much more appealing.
The camera is a definite strength of the Sony Ericsson C905 and provides mobile phone fans with one of the best mobile cameras around. It is packed full of features to enhance the images you take on the phone and resembles a digital camera more than a mobile phone camera as a result. There is a Xenon flash, auto focus, face recognition, best pic options, blur shake reduction and software in the handset to improve images as and when you like. Furthermore the camera is a whopping 8MP so the images you get are guaranteed to blow you away. The colours are crisp, the detail excellent and the usability could not be better!
There are several other nice touches hidden in the Sony Ericsson C905 feature list. For example, it comes complete with GPS and Google Maps, which would save you from buying a separate GPS system for your car. There are also many connectivity options in there, including WiFi, bluetooth, USB and a great web browser. The memory is also good to help support the above features at 160MB with a 2GB memory stick available to boost it.
There are a few niggles associated with the Sony Ericsson C905. The buttons on the keypad provide one of them. They are closely set and hard to press if your fingers are a little on the long or chunky side. It does not provide a comfortable texting experience at first but it is possible to get used to it. The battery is also drained by use of the camera or GPS system so you may need to charge your phone regularly if you use either feature.
Overall though, there is very little to pick fault with on the Sony Ericsson C905. The phone is excellent and has been designed with technology and functionality in mind. The appearance of the handset really does not matter when you begin to use it. There are very few better camera phones available so why not invest in the best?

Great camera case...perfect fit! This bag really works out great. I purchased this with my Sony H50 and it really gets the job done. Even with all of the accessories that come with this camera I can fit it all in this bag without cramming it in or worrying about something getting broken. The partitions inside really keep the camera in its place. The front pouch has these great little pockets made just for the memory card and adapter. I'd buy this all over again.

Best bag on the market for the Panasonic G1 Months of searching in vain for the perfect bag for my G1 have led me to this bag. I tried all of the usual suspects from Lowepro to Tamrac to ThinkTankPhoto. Nobody had a bag that was small enough to make the G1's size advantage worthwhile but still large enough to carry my G1 + kit lens, 45-200 lens, and still have space for memory cards and accessories. Well, this bag fits that stuff perfectly. While some might choke on using a Sony bag to carry all of their Panasonic stuff, I for one don't care. As far as I'm concerned, Sony designed this bag for use with the G1. Oh yeah, and the price/quality ratio really can't be beat!
